The Richland Raiders Touchdown Club is governed by a board of elected parent volunteers. Elections are held annually in the spring, and all active members of the booster club with students in the football program are eligible to vote and run for open positions. Our goal is to ensure the board reflects the diverse skills and perspectives of our community.
Key Election Timeline (Subject to Change):
- March: Nominations for open board positions are opened. Any active member can nominate themselves or another member.
- April: A 'Meet the Candidates' event is held to allow members to learn about the nominees' vision for the club.
- May: Voting takes place over a one-week period via a secure online platform. Results are announced at the end-of-season banquet.
Board members serve a one-year term, with a maximum of two consecutive terms in the same position. This structure ensures a balance of experienced leadership and fresh perspectives.
